Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Orders under $100 are charged standard USPS shipping rates at checkout.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS/UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays. Once an order has been shipped, CLRS.shop is not responsible for shipping delays.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for carrier-related issues.
