Products
All items are handmade or artisan-sourced. Due to the nature of textiles, slight variations in color, weave, and size may occur. These are not defects, they are part of the character of the product.

Orders
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please review all details carefully before purchasing. Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and any applicable fees are added at checkout.

Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the item. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. The shop is not responsible for delays once the package has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Buyer must contact within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be returned within 14 days
  • Buyer pays return shipping
  • 10% restocking fee applies
  • Items must be returned in original condition
  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable

Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Any loss in value due to use or damage will be deducted.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos. If a package is lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for carrier errors.

Privacy
Your personal information is used only to process and ship your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content are the property of CLRS.shop and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
